Travel
All visitors are strictly by appointment only. Do not arrive without a confirmation from us first. Thank you.
Find us here.
SAT NAV will take you to the wrong location.
The easiest route to access the property is via the A358, signposted Chaffcombe, down Chaffcombe Road/Chaffcombe Lane past the Reservoir on your right, up the hill and then turn right onto the downward slope of Paintmoor Lane (North end). Do not enter the drive with a gate (that's the neighbours driveway) - turn just before that to the right 👍.
We are pinned on Google Maps. If you are coming to visit, we recommend checking our exact location as our postcode is not reliable!
Paintmoor Lane is a single-track restricted road for authorised users only. Please drive slowly as it is used regularly by walkers.
Reservoir Alpacas is located on the left-hand side about 500 metres from the main road. Feel free to park on the driveway near the garages.
Do not access us via Touches Lane/Avishayes Road via the South. Paintmoor Lane is not currently a through road due to a broken bridge and we are the ONLY property accessible via the North end of Paintmoor Lane.

If you get lost, feel free to call us.
